How will my order be shipped?  Orders are shipped by ground, and shipping price is included in the total cost. 

Where do you ship to?  We will ship to Canada and the United States (extra costs may apply to Alaska and Hawaii)  Overseas shipping will be given an estimate for additional charge via email to customer.  Customer approval of additional charge will need to be received before shipment and charging credit card.

Will there be tax figured in the price?  If you reside in Michigan, 6% sales tax will be added to the total amount. 

When can I expect my order?  Orders are shipped within three business days of receiving your payment information. The actual time for delivery is dependent on your location and holiday season.  Typically orders are received within two weeks. 

What about guarantees?  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it in its original condition and original carton for a full refund (less our actual shipping costs) within in 30 days of purchase. Sorry no refunds on books, other printed merchandize or custom orders.

Will I receive a written confirmation of my order?  Yes, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. 

What type of payments do you accept?  We accept VISA and MASTERCARD (with credit approval). 

Is my credit card information secured?  Yes, we have a secured site.  Please look at the http and make sure it shows secure by displaying a (s) after the http = (https)

I may feel embarrassed with all my clutter and disorganization.  How will I be treated when the organizer evaluates my situation?

What are the time increments for the organizer’s service?

What should I expect for service?  You should expect customized systems created  especially for you.  Training and teaching will be given to the client with a list of things to do in between the organizer’s visits. 

I may feel embarrassed with all my clutter and disorganization.  How will I be treated when the organizer evaluates my situation?  You will be treated with respect and with no condemnation.  The organizer is there to help you, and not be critical of you personally.  The most important thing is that you are ready to make a change to better your life’s situation. 

Will I be told an estimate of how many hours of service is needed to organize my project?  No, it is not possible to make an estimate of project time.  This is because everyone works at a different pace, and may have a different situation.  When we customize systems and add training, there is no way to make a judgment on time. 

I am concerned about confidentiality when the organizer is viewing important documents at my home or business.  What is expected?  You should expect complete confidentiality from the organizer.  Lot of times when someone other than a friend or family member is viewing documentation, it does not show valuable insight because they don’t have a personal attachment to your information.  The organizer is aware that all information is sensitive and private, and should not be shared with anyone. 

What are the time increments for the organizer’s service?  This varies according to each client’s situation.  The minimum of two to three hours each visit.
